On-line Ordering System

Winslow Automation, Inc. is happy to announce our new, secure, on-line ordering
system. This new system utilizes our online BGA Database to allow you to order
your preforms, specify shipping priority, and securely purchase the preforms
via your credit card.
If you have never used our online BGA Database you can find preforms by searching
through our database. You can search by knowing one or a combination of the
following parameters:
- Part Number
- Ball Count
- Body Size
- Ball Size
- Alloy
- Pitch
For custom preforms, or if you have any questions or concerns, please call
us at during normal working hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Pacific, Monday – Friday)
